This album is the outcome of over a year or writing, recording, stopping, hardship, loss, gain, hate, love, and any other emotion you can think of. We gained family members, we lost practice spaces, Eric got attacked my an ape, and every time something good would happen, something horrible would happen.
I remember sitting in Tim's house and I don't remember if we had already come up with the name of the LP. This was after Eric's accident and either Tim or I said it first but pretty much at the same we both blurted out that the cover should be the picture of Eric's leg and the name should definitely be "Constantly Fucked."
Like I mentioned, this record, from the name and image, to the content, is exactly that idea of being constantly in the shit, felling like you can never get ahead, and always feeling like you're chasing something.
This album, for me, epitomized all the years of working towards something bigger. This record, like the first ep, is Cowboys Are Indians. These songs are everything we had. This was the return to the classic CAI vibe for me,that we strayed from a bit on the split with Cassettes On Fire.

A huge thanks goes out to Rob at Bear Records for putting up his own money to release this record for us.
Another huge thanks goes out to anyone and everyone who ever cared about this band, enjoyed our records, watched us play, got us on a show, talked to us after a show, bought some of our merch, or read this.

You honestly don't know how much this has meant to me / us.

I don't want to say that this is the end, and I can't say that it's not. Either way, thank you for a great time.
